The Regional Training Centers Network is built on a structured and participatory governance system that ensures its proper functioning and credibility.
Five complementary bodies oversee the definition of strategic directions, the implementation of decisions, the monitoring of activities, and the provision of technical and scientific support.
Below, discover the bodies that each contribute, at their level, to the success and sustainability of the Network.
The General Assembly
It is the supreme body of the network. It defines the network’s overall policy and reviews and approves its projects and strategies
The Board of Directors
Implements the orientations of the Ordinary and Extraordinary General Assemblies
Executive Secretariat Office
It is the network's administrative body, responsible for assisting the Board of Directors in its duties and daily management
Coordinating Committee
It assists the Board of Directors in the network’s activities, in coordination with the Executive Secretariat
Technical and Scientific Board
It advises the Board of Directors on the alignment of the training offer with market needs, its quality, and innovation
