The network is composed of 5 organs :
The General Assembly: is the highest body of the
network. It defines the general policy of the network and examines and approves
its projects and strategies.
The Board of Directors: implements
the guidelines of the Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meetings.
The Executive Secretariat: is
the administrative body of the network responsible for supporting the Board of
Directors in the performance of its tasks and in the day-to-day management of
the Network of Regional Training Centres.
The Coordination Committee: is
responsible for supporting the Board of Directors through the planning and
review of activities within the network. The Coordination Committee works
closely with the Executive Secretary.
The Technical and Scientific Committee: advises the Board of Directors on the adequacy
between market needs and the training offer, on the quality of the delivery of
training courses and on innovation
