The participants showed great empathy and remained attentive throughout the training, which is not always easy with an adult audience. They appreciated the session and gave it very good feedback. However, it is essential to provide follow-up after the training, to help them put their learnings into practice and strengthen their skills. Training is good, but training with ongoing support is even better.
