What is the network of Regional Training Centres?
The Network of Regional Training Centers (RTC) is a unique and innovative sub-regional initiative to develop excellence in capacity building, initiated by the West African Power Pool (WAPP). The RTC Network serves as a regional training mechanism for pooling means and resources with a view to qualifying the energy actors to meet the challenges of operating and developing the West African electricity sector, particularly those linked to the establishment of the regional electricity market. The RTC Network is composed of Training Centers, which provide appropriate responses to the current and future skills needs of the electrical power and industrial sectors in West Africa
